Cape Cod isn’t one of the marquee fall foliage destinations in New England but if you know where to look there are many beautiful spots in late October. The Red Maple Swamp trail is in the Fort Hill area of the Cape Cod National Seashore and, as you might expect, is home to many red maple trees that do their thing in the fall and coat the boardwalk and ground with beautiful red leaves.
