Evening at Philadelphia City Hall

I took this photograph at dusk from the median in the center of Broad Street in Philadelphia. I photographed the more famous view from the median on the same night, Broad Street Blast, but I really liked how this tighter framing emphasized the iconic tower of City Hall and the statue of William Penn.
