Rainbow Sunset Lupines at Fort Hill

This photo is a great example of why it’s always worth going out for sunset regardless of what the weather looks like at home. The forecast was for clouds and rain and I got rained on all the way out to Eastham. I was walking around the lupine fields at sunset when the clouds pulled back and a beautiful rainbow filled the sky. It lasted for about ten minutes as the sun set to the west.
