I took this photo just below the summit of Mount Jackson in late February. 2026 was a fantastic winter - cold, lots of snow, and generally ok weather for winter. I was about to summit Mount Jackson for sunset when I turned around to see the cloudbank I had just finished hiking out of glowing seemingly from the inside with the light of the setting sun.
