I had been looking for new viewpoints of Mount Washington for most of the winter when I stumbled upon this spot. It’s tucked away close to a major road but not on a well known peak or hiking trail so I had the rocky outcropping all to myself while I watched the pink and purple sunset behind the snow-covered Presidential Range.
