Cape Cod Winter Sunset in Chatham

This beach in Chatham had been on my photography bucket list since the spring. I had planned on a sunset over the blooming beach roses with the old lifesaving station in the background. Cape Cod got several inches of snow on New Year’s Eve and I decided this beach would also be a great place to watch the first sunset of 2026. I’ll be back to check out the beach roses when they aren’t smothered in snow.
